New polls show Bush at lowest approval ratings ever. Look out below. They could go a lot lower. His base support is only about 38%. In 2004 people want a change. The same as in California with Arnold. They don't care about parties as much as more honesty, reform and better solutions. Bushies have proven themselves to be quite corrupt and inept.
