Trickle-down has not worked. 2.9 million jobs lost despite the greatest deficit spending in history by far. Bush could have stimulated the economy better by hiring 10 million people and funding state deficits. Instead, he gave most of it away to the very rich and corporate cronies, letting them downsize and move millions of jobs overseas. Bush just doesn't care about average people. he serves only his own type, silver spoon trust fund babies and petrochemical polluters.
