Ken Starr had Clinton's semen on Monica Lewinsky's dress and he was ready to make a genetic comparison proving that Clinton was having sex at his place of work, his White House office. Whether one gets caught with their pants down in the act, or evidence comes to light later what was going on at work, there is no difference. Its only a personal matter if the sex occurred on one's own personal time at a non-public location. If my boss found evidence that I'd been having sex with a member of the janitorial staff during lunch breaks IN MY OFFICE for example, I would fully expect to be fired for that. If I had sex with a maid at lunchtime at a Holiday Inn, thats a private matter. I can't believe you dont't see the difference. Its also improper to have sexual relations with somebody that directly works for you.
