I don't know how Bush is going to explain away Clinton's economic record... quite a fog those Bush people are in... self employment boomed in the 90s for the right reasons, I know because I am self employed, I did it because there was such a high priced market for my services I could make more money that way. Same with many others. And yet, even with the *huge* self employment numbers we had in the 90s, we still managed full employment. Today, self employment exists as a way to explain away long term unemployment. Hardly the same thing as what we saw in the 90s.

John Kerry, who is not my favorite, proposed that all call centers of US based companies must announce their location prior to answering the call. Sounds good to me, even as a consumer I would like to know that. This is the kind of thing which if enacted, wouldn't cost anything and could help with this call center exodus. US workers have been waiting 3 years for even the smallest element of concern from this gang of thieves in the WH.
