When ever money is involved, there are people with a range of integrity. So in America there are people who are cheated and exploited. And no doubt some folk will exploit others somewhere else. I think that even a few huge companies have had crooks caught at the top. And Americans in those companies got cheated. But a doctor in Israel may be on call to read an xray. Is that doctor being exploited. The internet makes available thousands and thousands of people who can perform information based jobs. YOU WANT TO MAKE THAT ILLEGAL!!! HOW is anyone going to control it????
