Let's see, there are supposed to be something like a billion Muslims. I'm not sure women have to do Hajj, so let's halve that. (Any Muslims on board, feel free to correct me on this if I'm wrong.) Let's take an average useful life of 50 years- -years during which they are old enough to, but not too old to, make the Hajj. 500,000,000/50 = 10,000,000 per year. So where are the other 8 million? :-) Can you IMAGINE that? 10X as many as at present? Maybe 19 million more?
