The whole war was just based on a thinktank chickenhawk strategy extrapolation which came up the the "domino theory". Domino theory and "controlled aggression", in other words no possible winner and a continual week by week interim matchup with the other side with winners declared in "body counts". Incredible really.

AmericanSpirit,re:"the politically connected few profited greatly from!". We should have let them start a 'terrorism event market'(or something like that) and see who is running the show. Now they are playing underground somewhere or in different form and we don't get to see it or tax them. Wonder what those 'stock market analysts' based on, the headline must be sick: 'So-and-so-index' celebrated due to increased bombing or suicide attack. They used to 'celebrate' when layoff announced. ... ... There are people in that 'WallStreet' would/could do anything for money.
