Now is the time to make your move, call up this Rafsanjani and make a deal.
If he feels so strongly about bringing peace to the ME that he is willing to nuke Israel to get it, then he must be one of the good guys.
If he wont deal, take it to the UN.

I would, however, arrest Bush, and try him for the crime of waging a war of aggression. Since I don't believe in the death penalty, I wouldn't hang him, as we did at Nurenburg. I'd chain him by the ankles to Saddam Hussain, and have those two thugs spend the rest of their lives picking up unexploded cluster bombs and land mines. That would be justice.

What exactly are you going to arrest President Bush for Jacob? Having the consent of Congress? Following U.N. resolutions? Saving hundreds of thousands of people from death and torture? Rescuing children from jail cells? Allowing the possibility of democracy to begin in Iraq and Afghanistan?

It's also interesting to see how politically one sided your "war criminal" list is? Would you also put Bill Clinton and Al Gore on the war crimes list for bombing Kosovo?
