Americans are NOT born dumb, but a lot of them sure brought up dumb. Too many computer games, parties, datings (many girls, as well as boys, from early teens are worried much more about their potential mate, their weight, and their looks than their academic performance), or in some extreme cases, even drugs. And why many foreigners want to come here? Easier lives. The worst competition in their native land, whether it is India or China, sends them to the US<g>
