Now don't ge me wrong, just because I mentioned the Clinton thing, doesn't at all mean the issues you raised aren't also important. I am having trouble figuing out specially what the issues are you are referring to. Stealing from the till? Pork barrel projects, like the Energy Bill that was narrowly defeated? Sole Source contracts allowed in emergencies and when accompanied by a Justification and Approval (J&A) as required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Our leaders are not above the law, and if laws were broken I expect all leaders, Congressmen, Justices, Senators and Presidents to be fully prosecuted. I'm not a big fan of the big deficits we are seing today thats for sure and the GOP is suppossed to be the fiscal conservative party, so I'm not particularly happy. The Contract with America was pretty good back in 1994 with a promise for a balanced budget amendment. Unfortunately that didn't pass. The other thing Federal Govt wise that really sets my blood boiling are examples of Federal Govt untrustworthyness and abuse of power. Quite frankly you really can't trust our Federal Govt, from the Dept of Justice to the BATF to the Pentagon. Special interests are a real problem. There is something really wrong when special interest have more power than the voting american people.
