Well, gee, so he thought Clinton was ALWAYS going to be President? He never heard of the two-term limit?

Because if he HAD, you would think he would realize there would soon be another President and maybe onw might be needed.

Yes, Kasich is responsible for seeing to that when he made it clear that big government spending was not going to happen and Clinton lived with it.

Too bad Kasich no longer is around to lead.

When Clinton was President, we didn't need a balanced budget amendment because we had balanced budgets.
