I though "sexual relation" had some specific, well defined legal definition somewhere?? But on the other partial thumb or finger, I had heard something about the bodily definitions of the "Miranda Rights" before that. As well as that "intention" thing... what was really the intentions of the Miranda boy, what result would the thought-police have come up with?? (backtrack: Miranda, Clinton and now Bush II and his intentions, relations) That is, if US would just have a smaller army and deficit, all of this would just be really funny, even legally funny Ilmarinen However, in just some years, NATO will be sorted out, one way or the other, and if not, it will just take some additional years. PPS I believe nobody ever figured out what instrument Miranda actually used or didn't, but that was just a minor legal issue. But I guess now it is back to the intentions of using and abusing those intellegence instruments??
