A few weeks ago, I forwarded it in an email to lots of people, one of whom is a doctor friend. He phoned and told me that he'd already been taking the cinnamon for a while -- he'd already heard about the study, and a couple of years ago he'd had triple bypass surgery...

And I got another call from him last week saying that he'd had his checkup, and his blood work was better than it had been for many years. He attributes this to the cinnamon.
