<<<So, by violating treaties we have signed, Bush is violating the Constitution. Waging wars of aggression is a violation of multiple treaties. The doctrine of "preventive war", (especially when it is coupled with faith-based intel) is identical to a criminal "war of aggression". The two terms are, in practice, indistinguishable.>>>

And so, if a N Korean missile comes drifting over Chicago way, we wont know if it contains peace pamphlets or a bomb-until it explodes, and any defensive action the President takes is illegal and impeachable under our Constitution.?
20 minutes after Chicago is a leveled to the ground,Lake Michigan is steaming, and a tidal wave has destroyed any shoreline cities we can then legally take some action-if it doesn't break some treaties.
Aren't you just a tiny bit suspicious of qualifications of the lawyer who has been interpreting the Constitution for you. ?
