The real definition of rich is being able to be idle rich, that is having more money than you will ever spend in your life unless you invest it in creating jobs, etc. People who invest in creating jobs should be rewarded. Those who sit on their millions in a miserly selfish fashion should be taxed at a higher rate than people who work for a living and have to struggle. That's only fair. Under Bush the idle rich pay less taxes than hard-working middleclass people. Unfortunately for Bush, the selfish idle rich don't make for a lot of votes. He may win Greenwich Connecticutt but he may not win places like Ohio again.
