I thought so. Stockpiles were never my primary concern, anyway. Eventually, I am sure they would have been useful to intimidate neighboring states, but for attacking us without retaliation, supplying terrorists was always the way to go........

Targeting knowledge of how to make wmds is a lot harder than targeting wmds themselves, imo, as it is difficult to assess who has that knowledge, and how much knowledge they possess.

If our intelligence could not accurately assess the existence of wmds, can we expect it to accurately assess the knowledge of how to produce wmds?
