Haven't the Muslim extremists' declared WAR on the USA? And we responded by declaring WAR on a secular State, Iraq. Makes sense. Musharraf called for a holy jihad on the holy jihadists. Then there's the WAR on drugs and the WAR in Afghanistan. Now that we've defeated the Taliban which we helped put into power by supporting a WAR against the Soviet occupation [which wasn't an "occupation", unless you subscribe to the notion of the US occupation of South Vietnam] ... Afghanistan is the world's largest supplier of heroin. WAR is a cheap word....WAR on Poverty. jttmab
