Tks, Cal: then , a quick summary might be: we lose 2 high profile people, with extensive public company service. We get a C.A. (= great financial expertise, most likely)..but, this is, my guess a 70 yera old, retired partner, of a small regional CA firm (9 partners). I am not impressed. damn this smacks of desperation on the part of rebecca. I say that will all due respect for Mr. Wiseman, experience and abilities. Wasn't Brian Walsh our connection to the Investment community? and, according to Rebecca herself, "a major addition to the BOD" only a few year ago? Fox.
