truthout.org Arnie's investigations of his groping. Also, the announcement that the investigation is satisfactorily complete: doonesbury.com click fowards for more on Herr Gropenfuhrer's investigations.

King George II can model his investigations on Arnie's for a successful electoral outcome. doonesbury.com The Emperor will be found to have not been naked at all. Okay, he wasn't wearing a full cloak of beautiful gold and silver threads with WMD logos, but he was covered with a decent sort of fig leaf.

The USA's credibility has not been damaged around the world by the WMD fiasco, so why worry? USA credibility is at about the same level as previously; in regard to USA Intelligence, most opinions will be similarly unchanged, giggle.

The disbanded Office of Disinformation should be asked to conduct the investigation into how USA Intelligence wasn't quite as accurate as expected.

Meanwhile, Let's Roll and sort out the next country with WMD. Hey, look at Syria. I heard there were trucks heading for the border. I bet BigFoot, Yeti and the Abominable Snowman are there. The PNAC is underway and we don't need no wussie UN getting in the way.

The current plan seems to be to cut and run [despite his talk of staying the course] about July. I think that deadline will pass and they'll still be attached to the tar baby.

No such plan that I can see. The talk is of turning over sovereignty to the Iraqis, nobody said US troops were leaving - certainly the Iraqis won't want it anytime soon, whatever they say in public. We'll be in Iraq for years. If Bush wins reelection I don't expect to see any cutting or running. Once Bush picks a course, he is more determined than most about following it.

PS: King George II having an investigation into how come he went off half-cocked about WMDs is like Arnold Schwarzenegger holding an investigation into how come he did the groping of girls. truthout.org He canceled the investigation ... giggle ... he found himself quite innocent.

Got that right. I'll be shocked if he appoints anyone on that panel who was opposed to this war in the beginning.
