I get the data from IBD. I have over 12 years of history on it. I also use High Growth Stock software that will isolate these issues and chart them, if I choose. But, I don't know of a site that will identify these and show you a chart. Perhaps someone else can jump in here.

Don't know if this is what you're looking for but the link below will take you to a site that lists stocks that are performing relative to certain technical indicators. You can then look at charts of those listed stocks at the main page of that same website.
