Hello Yiwu,
On this thread we are all interested in surviving financially, and even, hopefully, prospering. We are not so confined in our thinking that we can only invest in one country. We look around the world. So inevitably we have to have opinions about the merits of each place for investment etc. Many of us, certainly I am one, have no use for garbage like Bush and his confederates. But nobody says that because I'm not a US citizen that I can't decide that he is garbage. Only US citizens have the right to say this? This is the real world, our money depends on correct decisions. It's not a world in which we confine ourselves. We have to discuss other countries and form AND STATE opinions about them. If you speak negatively about the US I'm sure nobody will ask you which passport you have, we are all perforce inhabitants of the same world. You have a perfect right to speak positively or negatively about any country and/or its' government. One thing that is intolerable, I'm sure you and I and most people on this board would agree, is racism. But political stances are not racism; the latter is a denunciation of a whole people, an ignorant stance. But denouncing governments or questioning their legitimacy is anybody's right. When I read it back in Beijing, the people's daily used to denounce various foreign governments. Governments shouldn't be off limits for descriptions by anybody in a forum like this. Some value would be lost.
I hope I wrote clearly.
