we can't grow our way out of these deficts because passive earners and corps don't pay anything in the way of taxes. The only way to grow out of the deficit is to add good jobs. But that aint happening with globalization so republicans are screwed, their theories are contradicting one another. They are either going to have to cut expenditures including the US as "world's policeman", or protect jobs in the US and thus force tax payments, or raise corporate and passive taxes.

You are talking about something else. Every taxpayer that received a tax refund has more money. That is not a lie, it is a fact.
