BC: LOW FLOAT POPPERS

How to manipulate a stock ..

You need a low float company, less
than 10 million shares, with a real
business ie they at least have revenues
and hopefully earnings .. then you need
a "hook" or "story" ..

1) A series of positive PRs
2) A price breakout to new highs
3) A volume surge
4) A very active message board

If the daily volume exceeds the float
then you get a IDSA/TASR situation,
but the group controlling the float
has to be working together in an organized
way or they won't be able to wrest control
from the MarketMakers .. the private trader
shorts don't matter .. continuous forced shorting
and covering keeps the 'game' going ..
In the end .. the stock will collapse with
the MarketMakers making the bulk of the dollars
.. ie the little guy won't be able
to legitimately 'borrow' shares to short
during the 'end-game' ..

The key for us ( the small investor ) is
to ID one of these manipulations early
enough in the game and to go along for the
ride .. It takes 50-100 million in buying
power to do one of these deals .. Just takes
a few 'hedge' funds acting together to pull
it off .. sometimes in collusion with
management ie timed release of positive PRs
during the manipulation etc .. etc ..
