Scare tactic? Did a public relations firm come up with the attacks on 9/11? Do you think that if Al- Qaida could get its hands on a potent biological or chemical agent to attack, for example, the water supply of New York, it would refrain from doing so? David Kay found labs, specimens of numerous deadly bacteria that can be weaponized, and the precursors to several types of chemical agents. All that was necessary to pass on deadly WMDs delivered in an unconventional form in fact existed. We are fortunate that things had not gone so far........
