You are a clanging gong with no heart for people. You clang away with your "truth bullets" (as we used to call them at the First Church of the Pharisees I used to attend) but you have no heart for anyones situation. Jesus refused to condemn anyone when He was repeatedly tested by the hypocrites. But you condemn anyone at the drop of a hat. Jesus condemned the "scribe, pharisees, hypocrites" like yourself who quote scripture and always have a stone in their hand.

<<It is that simple.>> I disagree- it is that complexity in each man's emotional makeup that we strive to understand so that spiritual growth may be necessary. No one, no one is brought to the stature of completeness that they never make wrong choices- no man is an island to himself. More good in this world has occurred because we strive to help one another to become more than they are.

Your concept that man follows the Word of God with 100% accuracy is flawed. Obeying God's Word is righteous and therefore good. But man is flawed with evil. Paul says that he is...so we must be much worse than a Saint like Paul.

God is full of compassion and so should we strive to be like him. But in no way will we acheive goodness by Thursday next. It is a lifetime process and I personally appreciate the council of one who has experienced what I may be going through.

This trial and error exists in both Christian and non Christian. The difference is that the non Christian has not been saved. They still need direction from others.

More good has been done by good Samaritans than a flock of Law keepers.

Divorce is not an unforgiveable sin. It is not our place to interfere. We can share our experience, however. I know you cannot accept that concept- but it has worked for millions upon millions of suffering souls when they are willing to grow from anothers experience. Why go there if someone else has done it for you if you identify with the circumstances?
