JF, I think you'll find it's not social programs, it is pork.

Like I said before, pork only amounts to $23B. That's not a large part of the federal budget at all. (Don't get me wrong, I still think it's existence is shameful, since it's evidence that no one in Congress is willing to fiscally restrain themselves.)

I don't think this budget will fly in Congress. I think the fiscal backlash is finally starting. Probably too little too late.

I agree, but the new battle over the budget isn't going to be any prettier.
