Damn, that was a good article.

How can you argue with those charts?

Looks like Gross is setting himself and his clients up for the inevitable.

Then the Morgan Stanley team suggested a 5% year end target for the TNX. So what would that make mortgage rates? Can the real estate market survive even a fractional increase in rates?

I think I better go out and buy some canned goods.
