I doubt it. It's clear that Bush is cutting and running with a pre-announced troop withdrawal schedule, in the face of the apparent failure of "Iraqization". In contrast, some Democrats are calling for more troops in Iraq. The "loss" of Iraq will be all Bush's.

The administration has sacrificed every single one of its principles on the altar of Bush's reelection. Ironically, even those that are usually fooled all the time are starting to take notice.
