re: 12/10 "pro-American" demonstration in Iraq:

From your link:

<American military vehicles discreetly block streets running perpendicular to the big Saadoun Boulevard. They are protecting the demonstrators, the ones brandishing red flags, some bearing the hammer and sickle, and the ones with the green flags of Islam or banners denouncing the "American Satan." >

The biggest contingent is from the ethnic Shiite party of Moqtada Al-Sadr. Wasn't he the guy who the U.S. army was going to arrest, because he was organizing a Shiite militia and ordering American troops to stay out of the Shiite areas of Bagdad he controls? Their banners were against "the occupier," "Satan," or "colonialism."

The Zeyad blogger site won't come up on my computer, so I can't comment on it.

This is your example of a pro-American demo?

I'd say your reeeeaaaaaaaching.
