Nah. The market has a manic-depressive illness, and the
Fed is just like a doctor who made a wrong diagnosis and is
prescrbing untidepressants and distributing coke and other
drugs to prolong the party. Prolonging the mania will
be very, very costly. It's gonna crash hard. The longer it
goes on, the harder it will crash. You can protect
yourself by investing in gold. This is not fighting the
Fed - the Fed is not going to raise. They can't. It will
cause derivative meltdown, and they know it. So, the dollar
will keep moving down. In a bear market, someone who loses
the least wins! It's very, very hard not to lose when the
dollar is going down, even if you are shorting the market.
Unless you totally abandon USD-denominated assets. Which
you can't, if you are living (and working) in the USA.
