I have had compact fluorescent bulbs for years in fact. And I designed and built and installed my own solar hot water system years ago. In South Texas heat is rarely needed, so I don't have a high efficiency furnace, but I changed my AC to high efficiency years ago. Why don't you save your rant for Cheney, who disdains anything that has to do with conservation and wants to build a new power plant a week, preferably coal, for the next 20 years. In fact I am heavily invested in companies that are all about making the world more efficient, but as you should know, they are not doing well under this administration. Del
