Hello Mary, I tend to look at China not as <<1,000,000,000 people>>; I reflect on it as three very different pieces of land each with a clump around 200 mm folks, plus a vast hinterland of additional folks, all dynamically competing, first against each other, and then ... <<I admit I am very lazy ...>> now I understand better, as you intended, and so I can now be certain that you are wrong, as I was certain before :0) <<I have a lot faith in our capitalist system>> ... Let me gently suggest that what you have is not really a capitalist system anymore, in its original, purest and useful form, as what I have undistilled in Hong Kong and what they have, but a bit less concentrated, just north of me. I am prepared to discuss this topic at length, and I believe this is in fact the key that may unlock the observation window to the future and allow us to better discern the structure of orders and direction of ways.
