NIH is just a few minutes down Wisconsin Avenue from me. Suburban Hospital is on Old Georgetown Road, but that would put him closer to NIH than you describe. He could be on Bradley Boulevard, I believe there are some older apartment buildings there, and it would put him a couple of miles from NIH. I just don't recall a hospital over there. The kinds of apartments I am imagining are nice enough, and cheaper than more recent high rises, which are very expensive here. Does any of this ring a bell or two?
