How much more can Japan cut to devalue the YEN? And, if they do, is there any guarantee that it would not result in a fresh round of competitive devaluations with no net benefit?

Yes there was intervention and it is obvious that EZ is doing nothing even that IG Metal want 4% wage increases.

Every one who has some formal government / administrative position and appears on CNBC Europe has a oppinion on the EUR/USD rate and each of them contradict each other
