Very true.

Venture capital fell during the bust years.

Angels are now carrying 50% of the load to the tune of $15B, according to a Q4 industry report.

The Internet boom was created with $100B (not all of it well-spent, but some good came out, eBay, etc.)

There's an area on the East Coast that is booming due to the defense spending ($100B.)

It's amazing how new innovations can hold up and improve wages.

If innovation drops, like it has over the past three years, our wages erode.
