Actually, I'm counting only the 1 million, because the other 1 million are unemployed (according to People's Daily).

Not everyone that has graduated in China is employable and well-trained. China acknowledges this issue.

On another note, you had made a post about how China isn't going to lie about Avian flu, etc. Could you please explain why you think so? My friend was in the area of the SARS outbreak just before Time broke the news on how China was covering up the Sars outbreak. It was amazing to hear things from my friend, while at the same time hear China's denial. When the Time story broke (which was after my friend's news to me), I was glad to see the USA media essentially enforce higher standards out of China. My confidence in China's honesty was negatively impacted by the Sars event. Why should a person think differently? What's changed?
