I fear it quite a bit. I don't know many home-schooled folks, but their interaction level is amazingly stunted. It may be a limited sample, but it did leave an impression on me. Furthermore, as someone who took a year off of the social circuit in the late 90s to save and finance a move across country I had noticed a definite drop in comfort during social situations and a tendency to be averse to putting myself in these events. We're definitely in for a peculiar decade to come wrt socialising, being healthy, terrorism, and celeb-worship.
