Good idea PB. <those billions should be spent on revitalizing the USA's fisheries> But Presidents don't do chickens [as Boris Yeltsin said] or fish. They like glory. Space is still thought of as a big deal whereas it's increasingly a has-been, like Big Oil and General Motors [which used to rule the world]. A shame about that because chicken flu could kill half the human population [or maybe only 20% which would still get a lot of attention] and fish is a great dietary staple of people. Mqurice
