To be perfectly realistic, the CBO has been PERFECTLY WRONG every year of it's entire history, and the possibility of the deficit being even $400 billion is around zero.

Static analysis makes class-haters FEEL GOOD, but it makes people claiming to be "economist" look almost as stupid as John Kenneth Galbraith...
