Every time they send the "mandatory" update CD, without fail something gets screwed up. Usually the hard drive charts need to be re-loaded. Not a big deal and it really isn't that much work to fix it, but I roll my eyes every time I find the cd in the mail.

Just though I would rant, given the recent firestorm of activity on the thread
