Not sure I've removed anything with it though. These procedural steps are what were missing in my AOL sheltered experience. I'm only just now learning XP stuff like I must shut all running programs off, even my Kensington Expert Mouse, when downloading and installing upgrades or programs. And I can't download upgrades from Microsoft unless I use IE. And there's so much more I don't know. It's not just the holes in IE and Outlook that need patching, tc. It's the holes in our heads too. Care to help me fill in that one described above? (And I don't mean the Firebird form filler feature also mentioned above.)
