Thanks didn't know about that one. How about the right click on highlighted text where you can launch a Google search of the word or phrase with a single click in the pane that opens.

How do you determine that? What was the "item"? I've used msconfig to run stuff. Not sure I've removed anything with it though. These procedural steps are what were missing in my AOL sheltered experience. I'm only just now learning XP stuff like I must shut all running programs off, even my Kensington Expert Mouse, when downloading and installing upgrades or programs. And I can't download upgrades from Microsoft unless I use IE. And there's so much more I don't know.

It's not just the holes in IE and Outlook that need patching, tc. It's the holes in our heads too. Care to help me fill in that one described above? (And I don't mean the Firebird form filler feature also mentioned above.)
