Intelligence chief's bombshell: 'We were overruled on dossier' Please. This is an intelligence underling grousing that he was overruled by his intelligence boss, not anybody from the government. It's only a "bombshell" because it's being written about in The Independent. The Independent, in case you don't know, is the same paper that employs Robert Fisk, a notorious inventor of stories and spreader of sensational rumors, and has a long history of being much more interested in "bombshells" than facts.
