I had missed the paragraph about the felony avoidance. Also, you may have misunderstood my point about average Joes. What I meant to convey is the fact that the prospects of a person who must seek work to support his family are impacted by a felony conviction, while to Limbaugh it would be a mere embarassment. That was my point about average Joes. I have no idea if a typical person would be prosecuted for this crime. I do know that the law is not quite as equal for wealthy people as it is for poor people, who may not be able to afford expensive defense lawyers such as Roy Black.
