Is there really a difference between blowing people up with a bomb in a car and blowing them up with a bomb dropped from an airplane?

Kind of depends who the people are, doesn't it? If the people are schoolkids on a bus, yes, I do think that is different from bombing a 'ticking bomb' terrorist who has killed before and plans to kill again.

Curious that the difference in targeting standards doesn't even merit your notice.

The Israeli "economic miracle" is a farce: that pseudo-socialist economy would have collapsed decades ago without external assistance

Bullshit. Israel has developed world class companies like Checkpoint. Sure it gets aid - it has extraordinary defense expenses - but its economy compares favorably to most European countries, who are every bit as socialistic as Israel is now.

On the other hand, Egypt gets aid, what does it do with it? Saudi Arabia gets billions in petro-dollars, what has it done with it?
