You didn't read Kerry's speech on the Senate floor when he voted. He said he would support the president if he kept his promises to 1) go to UN route and let inspections go forward 2) build a srong coalition and a post-war plan 3) go to war only as a last resort. He stated if Bush did not fulfill these promises he would hold his feet to the fire.

So much for your statement, it's totally false. Kerry was right.
