as of yesterday andy mann, jboxford & canacorde were all in default. today aznt will file
for default judgements against them to get the stock returned. regardless if dtc honors their
agreement or not the stock will be returned with default judgements against mann, jbox &
canacorde. further aznt will file class action lawsuit against dtc to get freeze lifted.
shareholders must be able to get physical delivery of their stock. if dtc does not honor the
agreement, litigation against them will intensify. another aznt lawyer is explaining to
citibank where they are in violation of securities laws so the can return the 480K shares. i
believe release will be about mann, jbox & canacorde being in default. we'll see as day
goes on.

You must be busy trying to find out the status. Let me know what you find. I will be out most of the afternoon. Thanks in advance, the stock price looks good. anti

From antibash,Dec 18 1998 12:15PM
Thank you, you are very good with your DD. I take it AZNT's lawyers have not contacted the DTC as of yet. Thanks again' anti

From Spider Valdez,Dec 18 1998 12:17PM
it is my understanding lawyers & consultants will teleconference to strategize, then they will contact dtc & file default judgements in court. this is my understanding. spider

Any words for a bored guy this Friday afternoon? I will make a call about 4:00 pm this afternoon myself, I am on the west coast. Talk to you later. anti

From: Spider Valdez, Dec 18 1998 3:53PM ET
its seemd dtc lawyers all left for vacation w/o returning signed agreement or contacting
aznt. it is indeed very strange. so it appears aznt is going ahead to file default judgements
against andy mann, whitecliffe & shoreline. it is all very strange indeed. this will require
patience it appears.

That is very strange indeed. Well, one thing you and I have is patience my friend. Have a great weekend!

From Spider Valdez,Dec 18 1998 7:31PM
it also appears dtc is in default & aznt seeks default judgement against aznt as well. TELL NO ONE!!! later! spider

From antibash,Dec 20 1998 1:04PM
Spider, aznt seeks default judgement against aznt as well I don't understand, could you please explain it to me. Thanks, anti

From Spider Valdez,Dec 20 1998 1:32PM
sorry, aznt seeks default judgement againt dtc. they are now in default. sorry about that. give janice a hard time but do not mention the defaults. andy mann has been in default for sometime. the oithers are in default as of friday. spider

From antibash,Dec 20 1998 1:35PM
That's what I figured you meant. Thanks anti

From Spider Valdez,Dec 20 1998 1:39PM
no prob! tiesday i hear will be the default judgements but i will seek clarification tommorow. spider

From antibash,Dec 21 1998 11:16AM
I guess we will never find out what was suppose to happen on the 17th, since it is the 21th and no word. Any idea how long after the default judgements are filed we will have a court date? anti

From: Spider Valdez, Dec 21 1998 11:29AM ET
i do know now of the 17th. andy man were in default as of the 17th. aznt was going to put
out a release saying so, but instead they are filing on tues as they move ahead in court
agaINST THE 248K shares of Charlie Krisfulusi. keep the faith. default judgements will
force the issue! patience my friend.
spider

From antibash,Dec 21 1998 11:46AM
Yes, hopefully this will force the issue. Let me know if you here anything regarding the DTC and their decision. Thanks in advance. anti

From: Spider Valdez, Dec 21 1998 11:54AM ET
it appears bruce judd got to the dtc. dtc sent aznt the very same letter they sent them when
all the nonsense began. they want aznt to say this is free trading stock @ dtc. it is not &
aznt will not conceed this point. you are right. default judgements will force the issue. we
wait until tommorow.
spider

From antibash,Dec 21 1998 12:00PM
Thanks for that info.We will wait to see if anything happens tomorrow. anti

I will spend a little time tonight on her. She does not like me and yet will not lay into me, go figure! anti

From Spider Valdez,Dec 22 1998 10:27AM
she considers me stupid so she will do battle with me. she may respect you, she does not me. spider

From antibash,Dec 22 1998 10:45AM
I think you are wrong there, she does battle with you because she knows that you know! anti

From: Spider Valdez, Dec 22 1998 10:50AM ET
you 'may' be right, but i really do not know FOR SURE if she believes crap she writes , or
is compensated to write it. how can you defend mann, wellrich & marcasse? today we file
default judgements which will force issue. it will take 1 week to 3 weeks until matter is
resolved and federal marshalls seize assets. we are very close!
spider

From antibash,Dec 22 1998 10:54AM
I think once the DTC sees the Judgements are flying around they will have a change of tune. anti

From Spider Valdez,Dec 22 1998 11:00AM
you may be right! good thought! i think janice is on the phone right now trying to get help, all her accomplices seem to have bailed on her it appears. she looks very bad lately. spider

From antibash,Dec 22 1998 11:13AM
You know her, she will never quit. Even when AZNT hits $10 she will be here with her relentless posting.lolol anti
