Buy 1,000 PSFT at 23.17. Other than the obvious small chance that Oracle's new bid might not go through (antitrust, yank it, etc.), I see no reason for this to trade nearly $3 below Oracle's cash bid. It isn't like the bid is tied to Oracle's stock. Might be a day trade if it rallies more than a point from my entry today.

Edit: No way I'm going to let this turn into a loss. Last trade 23.32. Trailing stop 15 cents.
