Call up your buddies Slick and AG and ask them why they built and cheered on the biggest bubble in American history.

And that cheering really does have an effect. The stock market, and the economy to some extent, are psychological, remember?

What did you expect after that burst? Roses and chocolates? GEESUS, you should kiss GWB and thank him for keeping it from being worse. It sure was last time. Think "1932". 3 years after the pop. Like now.

Remember "irrational exuberance"? Then AG started talking about unexplainable productivity and the bright future ahead? Gee, you think maybe somebody had a talk with him and told him to get with the program?
