There has been nothing said about Iraqui WMD by the Bush Administration that had not been said earlier by the previous administration as was demonstrated here some time ago. So our intelligence gathering and anlysis has not been very good for some considerable length of time. Can it be better? I don't know but if it can't I would rather the enemy not know.

At an estimated cost to the American taxpayers of 1/2 Trillion dollars before it's all over... at least an argument can be made about whether some other approach might have 'helped' us more, been more cost-effective.
