All of the small business people I know have incorporated their businesses. Only an hobbyist or part-timer would seriously operate as a sole proprietorship or partnership. There are more disadvantages to this legal arrangement than advantages. Perhaps you mean "large corporation" rather than simply all forms of corporation?

Nonetheless, excesses of private power are usually the result of a sanction from the state. This is one more reason to favor limited government.
